As the Communication and Campaign Manager you’ll be responsible for ensuring all communications that go to stores are timely, accurate and can be understood and actioned by stores in the simplest way.
 
The Central Operations Team are at the heart of our business with a mantra of making life ‘Simpler and Better’ for stores, which is one of our key guiding principles that lives and breathes through everything we do. Helping our Stores to operate more efficiently and to a higher standard is key to bringing joy to both our customers and colleagues and is foundational to our purpose to “Help create the joy of truly feeling at home, now and for generations to come”.
