When you're offered a role, a member of our recruitment team will call you to discuss your offer and go through a few details such as when your induction will be, what to wear, and so on. Once you've accepted the offer verbally, we'll send your official offer letter and contract by email. This can take up to 48 hours, but once you've received it, all you have to do is sign and return a copy of the contract.

During your induction, we'll ask for your clothing sizes so we can order your polo shirts and fleeces. These usually take a week or two to arrive. In the meantime, you'll need to wear smart, casual, all black clothing and footwear. If you're joining us in Distribution, we'll obviously provide any PPE you need from the day you start.
