Key Responsibilities:
1.Support Brand Marketing:
- Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Leadership Team
- Partner with I&A and Consumer Insights to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Assist in planning upcoming marketing campaigns by analysing sales and market data to optimise strategy and execution.
- Provide regular updates and reports on campaign performance, highlighting key trends and making data-driven recommendations.
2.Trials & Measurement:
- Develop a deep understanding of trial processes and testing methodologies for brand marketing initiatives.
- Support the creation and review of business cases for both renewals and new marketing initiatives, in partnership with Marketing & I&A.
3.Month-End Activities:
- Lead the preparation of Month-End (ME) reviews, EPR decks, and marketing activity trackers.
- Highlight risks and opportunities, collating key storylines and discussion points for senior leadership.
- Drive the narrative in ME reviews by providing clear and concise insights into marketing performance.
4.Governance & Spend Management:
- Introduce and implement improved governance processes for marketing spend, with a focus on enhancing the approval process for media and production expenditures.
- Assess the impact of these expenditures on overall marketing performance and explore cost-effective alternatives.
5.Photography & PDP Review:
- Conduct monthly reviews of Commercial PDP Photography SKUs to ensure alignment with conversion goals.
- Analyse performance against budget/forecast, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
6.KPI Tracking & Reporting:
- Work with the brand marketing team to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) by marketing channel.
- Create trend reports to demonstrate how new or additional marketing activities are impacting overall KPIs.
