Home. There’s no place like it. And there’s no feeling like helping people create the joy of feeling truly at home.
At Dunelm, that’s what we do.
With 13 million active customers in the last 12 months, we offer over 50,000 products, including our own Dorma and Fogarty brands, across 170+ stores. We operate the UK’s largest Made to Measure factory for curtains and roman blinds. We’re also developing products to help customers live more sustainably by introducing new materials and circular design and broadening our Conscious Choice product lines.
Our purpose is ‘to help create the joy of truly feeling at home, for now and for generations to come.’ We have three ambitions: ‘ambitious about our brand’, ambitious about being a good company’, and ‘ambitious about profitable growth’. We’re focused on growing as the number one choice for home, furniture and more, loved by our customers shopping more frequently in a fast-moving, post-pandemic environment.
This role operates within our Commercial structure alongside our Buying and Merchandising Teams.
As a Category Replenishment Planner, I am responsible for managing internal inventory to maximise store and web availability for my category. This involves coordinating with the Merchandising team and third parties to maintain a healthy stock pipeline and managing replenishment parameters to ensure timely and appropriate stock levels in the right locations, at the right time. Considering demand, I align store space plannings to define Minimum Credible Display levels. I also manage replenishment parameters, which includes being responsible for creating and maintaining the Min Fills (Presentation Levels) accounting for multiple locations.
I work closely with my category’s Merchandising team, Demand Planner and external third parties.
This role is a hybrid opportunity.
We recruit people from all types of backgrounds, who share our entrepreneurial, hands-on approach to work. We recognise the value and importance in inclusion and diversity and welcome applications from all candidates, regardless of sex, age, race, religion, disability, neuro-diversity, gender or sexual identity, socio-economic background or education.
